Your continued use of this website following such notification of any such revision(s) shall be deemed as acceptance of and agreement to abide by all such revisions.

Online Returns Policy


You have the legal right to return your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed in store, excluding the initial shipping cost. If you want to cancel your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the fourteen days. Before placing an order with you must have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact our customer service via email at before placing your order with us.

Alex Eagle Studio will offer a refund provided that the products are returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We cannot accept returns of personalised or special-order items.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.

The buyer is responsible for any costs involved in returning goods.

Customers within the EU are responsible for organising return shipment using their preferred local courier and for any costs involved.

Customers outside the EU should email us on We will create a return shipping label with our preferred courier and deduct the cost from the amount to be refunded. If you organise your own return shipment, you will be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

Alex Eagle Studio is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Alex Eagle Studio will, however, cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you in which case you should contact with photographic evidence. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return.

Returns policy requirements

Late returns

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.


Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all packaging and tags still attached.


When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.


Beauty items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Please note that fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Undergarments & Swimwear

Knickers, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Limited-Edition Products (including Antiques) and Books

As these items are highly collectible, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items with a discount of 60% or more are final sale.


Technology products should be returned in the original packaging.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.


We try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible but please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of items. Also as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.

Procedure for returning goods

  1. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales and returns sent to you in the package.
  2. Please fill in details for the items you would like to return in the returns form sent to you with the package. If you have lost the returns form please download form here.
  3. For orders within the EU, please organise return shipment using your preferred local courier. Please note you will be fully responsible for payment of all return shipping costs.
  4. For international orders (outside of the EU), please email us on and we will create a return shipping label and deduct the cost from the amount to be refunded. If you organise your own return shipment, you will be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

We will endeavour to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from London, UK.

Availability of products cannot be guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched. Please note that all our shipments are insured. UK and EU residents will pay VAT on their purchase.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Alex Eagle Store Limited, trading Alex Eagle Studio is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. We regret to inform you that, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia and Belarus.

All orders are delivered using DHL, excluding art and furniture items where we use specialist shipping companies. All items will be safely packed.

DHL shipping times are:

UK, Germany and France: 1-2 Days

Rest of Europe: 1-3 Days

US: 1-3 Days

Rest of the World: 2-6+ Days

Gift Cards

Buying a virtual Gift Card

Sent directly to your recipient’s inbox.
Choose how much you would like to give in British Pounds (GBP).
Add the recipient’s name, email address and a personal message.
The Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient and a delivery receipt will be emailed to you.

How to redeem a Gift Card

Gift Cards are redeemed on the payment page when making your purchase by entering your code. Please note that Gift Cards can only be used at If you wish to transfer your Gift Card for in-store purchases please email prior to your visit so that this can be arranged. Please be aware that credit is only online or in-store and cannot be shared between them.
Please note:

  1. If the value of your Gift Card is more than the total order, the remaining balance will automatically be credited to your Alex Eagle account.
  2. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

  5. Gift Cards are non-transferable.
  6. Alex Eagle Studio is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
  7. Alex Eagle Studio reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action is necessary.
  8. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.


A virtual Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient.
A delivery notification will be emailed to you for your reference.
The virtual Gift Card will arrive on the recipient’s email inbox as soon as we have processed your order and taken payment.
No delivery charges apply on Gift Card(s)-only orders.
If a customer purchases a Gift Card or Gift Cards alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply.


Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for a card refund.
All returned items that were paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded as store credit to your Alex Eagle account for you to use against future purchases.
If you return an item paid by both Gift Card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.

Gift Cards are only valid for the named recipients.

Discount Codes

You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional  materials.

Each code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials which cannot be modified. Codes can only be redeemed online.

When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.

Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.

Only one discount voucher can be used per order.

If any other rules apply to a specific promotion, these will be clearly stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials.

The Practice at Alex Eagle 

The Practice at Alex Eagle offers health and beauty treatments in our Central London studio. Please note when booking that therapists are only available on select dates.

Please note that all bookings cancelled or amended with less than 24 hours notice are non refundable. Cancellations made prior to this window will be refunded in full.
